• Minimum 7 years in Freight Forwarding, Carrier or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of forwarding business and understanding of supply chain logistics.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LCL product development and execution in Malaysia & Singapore.
• Full P&L responsibility for LCL and Buyer’s Consolidation.
• Drive growth and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Oversee national LCL gateway operations and manage supplier performance.
