Job summary

A leading manufacturer in personal care based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR leader to provide strategic HR oversight. This role requires a minimum of 12-15 years in HR with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, focused on FMCG or Manufacturing. Key responsibilities include operational HR leadership, strategic business partnering, and managing compensation and benefits strategies to maintain the company's status as an 'Employer of Choice'. Qualifications

About the Job
  • Operational HR leadership & advisory, provide active, hands‑on oversight of the regional HR function, balancing long‑term strategy with direct involvement in day‑to‑day HR excellence.
  • Strategic Business Partnering, serve as a direct coach and advisor to Functional Heads and Business Unit Leaders, translating organisational goals into actionable people solutions.
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy, conduct annual salary surveys and benefits benchmarking to ensure the company remains an 'Employer of Choice' in the competitive FMCG landscape.
  • Manage the annual increment and bonus cycles, ensuring a high correlation between performance outcomes Featuring attribute intern faces can aims.
  • Steer critical HR initiatives and transformation projects from conception to completion.
  • Design and manage employee engagements and wellness initiatives that support the physical and mental health of the workforce.
  • Lead the evolution of the people function, integrating recruitment, performance, and culture into a Solver of business‑driven strategy.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relatedолго field
  • Minimum of 12–15 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry
  • Deep expertise in Malaysian Labour Law, strong proficiency in HRIS, and a proven track record of managing large-scale HR operations.
