Join a leading digital solutions group as their Head of HR, where you'll be responsible for supporting a high-performing workforce and to manage the full Human Resources spectrum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Workforce Planning: Shape long- and short-term talent strategies to meet evolving business needs while ensuring cost efficiency and agility.
  • Lead HR Transformation: Oversee all core HR functions-talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, organizational development, and culture-aligning them with business objectives.
  • Champion Talent Development & Engagement: Build future-ready capabilities, foster career growth, and create a high-performance culture through competitive rewards and learning initiatives.
  • Influence at Leadership Level: Partner with senior stakeholders and the Board to secure alignment on HR strategies, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence: Maintain robust HR systems, policies, and processes that meet regulatory standards while optimizing manpower utilization and cost effectiveness.
  • Shape Organizational Culture: Cultivate an environment of collaboration, service excellence, and industrial harmony to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Comes with around 10 - 12 years of strategic HR management experience.

Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must-have.

  • Someone who is agile and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments would succeed in this role.
  • Prior experience in performance management and/or rewards is an added advantage.
