A financial services firm located in Petaling Jaya is looking for a Sales Leadership & Business Development professional. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing business opportunities, ensuring compliance, and overseeing recruitment. Key tasks include managing incentive programs, planning corporate events, and handling client complaints. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales leadership experience in wealth management and excellent communication skills.
Drive sales strategies, generate business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with SC, FIMM, FPAM, Fund Houses, Insurance Companies, and key partners.
Oversee recruitment of agency sales staff and ensure adherence to fit and proper requirements.
Communicate with agencies on events, policies, new products, and compliance matters.
Represent the company at industry functions and public events.
Review annual budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives.
Develop and manage incentive programs, awards, and elite club campaigns.
Monitor sales campaigns, product launches, and competitive activities.
Participate in annual strategic planning, including setting sales targets and recruitment goals.
Plan and organize corporate events, product trainings, professional development days, and incentive trips.
Handle client complaints and liaise with legal counsel when required.
Implement disciplinary actions for non-compliance based on company policies.
Work with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Regulators to close identified gaps.
Ensure timely review and submission of regulatory reports (e.g., BNM, BSC reporting).
