Head of Clinic Finance

We are seeking a Head of Clinic Finance with experience in clinical practice and/or healthcare within Southeast Asia. This role will oversee finance operations for existing clinics and new builds, covering controllership, business finance partnering, and team management.

• Monthly Salary: RM 20,000 – RM 26,000
• Reason for Hiring: Replacement
• Direct Reports: 2 Finance Managers
• Total Finance Team Size: 5 people

Finance Operations

• Establish and maintain finance SOPs across clinics.
• Manage AR, billing, and collection processes.
• Oversee AP, vendor invoices, and payments.
• Handle banking matters (e.g., account opening).
• Set up cashier workflows and payment platforms (Airwallex, Alipay, WeChat Pay, credit cards).
• Oversee procurement and inventory management.

Controllership

• Manage month-end close processes.
• Oversee audits and ensure tax compliance.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties.

Business Finance Partnering

• Lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports.
• Drive process improvements and optimization.

Team Management

• Hire and manage finance/admin staff at group and clinic levels.

Ad-Hoc Projects

• Implement Oracle Netsuite accounting system.
• Support EMR/CRM system integration for finance.
• Develop KPI dashboards and implement group-level policies.
