Job description

Overview

To lead and manage a team consisting of Technicians to execute preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance programs in accordance with the contractual requirements.

To plan and administer budget and ensure optimized utilization of available resources, equipment, space, facility, and manpower.

To provide technical solutions, support, and report in accordance with the contractual obligations and statutory requirement.

To provide necessary support in the engineering services by assisting in the administration, maintenance, and implementation of hospital services, facilities, and resources.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical from a recognized University/Institutions.

Preferably a Registered Member with the Board of Engineering Malaysia.

Preferable to have 2 years of relevant experience in project management, building facilities or hospitality infrastructure.
