About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join NAZA EASTERN MOTORS SDN BHD as the Head of CRM. In this full‑time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for leading the company's customer relationship management strategy and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analysing customer data to gain insights and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the CRM team
