Job description

The Head of Corporate Communications is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping, protecting, and elevating the corporate brand and reputation of Company. This role oversees all internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and corporate messaging to ensure a consistent, credible, and compelling narrative aligned with the organization’s vision as a premier commercial landmark.

Reporting to senior management, the role serves as the primary communications advisor and spokesperson, supporting business objectives, tenant relations, investor confidence, and public trust while managing reputational risk in a highly visible, high-profile environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand positioning.
  • Act as the principal spokesperson for the Company, managing media relations, press engagements, and public statements.
  • Oversee all external communications including press releases, media briefings, crisis communications, corporate announcements, and thought leadership.
  • Lead internal communications to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging across corporate and operational teams.
  • Manage corporate branding, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice across all communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, regulators, partners, media, and industry bodies.
  • Lead crisis and issues management, including reputational risk assessment, response planning, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communications, public perception, and stakeholder sentiment.
  • Oversee digital and content strategy in collaboration with marketing, including corporate website, social platforms, and executive communications.
  • Manage and develop the Corporate Communications team, agencies, and external consultants to ensure high performance and alignment.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment to inform strategic decisions and proactive communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Strategic Management is an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within property management, real estate, infrastructure, financial services, or other highly regulated or high-visibility sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing media relations, crisis communications, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and boards in an advisory capacity.
