• Experience with Chinese-speaking content
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and video analytics
• Proficiency in video production workflow and team coordination
• Ability to work independently

Responsibility

• Review and direct all video production to ensure quality and brand consistency
• Coordinate with 2-3 video editors to deliver 2-3 videos weekly on schedule
• Analyze video performance metrics (retention, CTR, engagement) and optimize accordingly
• Develop and maintain video templates, styles, and SOPs for consistent output
• Research competitor content and trending formats in the trading/finance niche
• Create thumbnail and title strategies that maximize click‑through rates
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for content improvements
