Job summary

Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.

Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards according to company SOP and regulatory requirements.

Monitor food inventory, manage stock levels, and prepare purchasing requests when necessary.

Control food costs and reduce wastage through proper planning and portion control.

Train and guide new and existing kitchen staff to improve skills and performance.

Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained properly and report issues immediately.

Work closely with management to implement new menu ideas, promotions, and improvements.
