The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering and Asset Management to spearhead the engineering, maintenance, and asset management of its rail systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall function, ensuring the integrity and performance of rolling stock, track, signaling, power, and depot facilities. This role demands a leader with a degree in engineering, over 12 years' experience in rail or infrastructure projects, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence, compliance, and safety.
Key responsibilities include budget planning, financial control, and the ability to lead and build multidisciplinary teams while effectively managing external stakeholders and vendors.
