The role will oversee the sales team, drive aftermarket and product support sales performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve business targets while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve sales target and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic sales initiative by analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to align business strategies and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategies.
  • Support and execute sales campaigns, customer engagement events, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data, reporting, forecasting, and commission structures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in product support, aftermarket sales, or related commercial role.
  • Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring sales teams is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical and results‑driven, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
