Overview

RHB Banking Group, a leading regional financial services provider headquartered and listed in Malaysia, is seeking a Business Banking Product Lead to drive SME market share and cross‑sell group products. The role focuses on strategy execution, performance monitoring and asset quality management within the PLM Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch and grow market share of SME in the vicinity.
  • Cross‑sell all Bank/Group products and drive PLM Sales team performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plan to achieve Group Business Banking objectives and budgets.
  • Monitor compliance to guidelines, policies and procedures toward operational excellence.
  • Report team performance and capture escalation issues requiring management attention.
  • Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold and oversee new hire onboarding.
Qualifications

Experience in SME banking and sales is required. Strong strategic planning, performance reporting and compliance management skills are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of driving market share growth and cross‑selling banking products.
