A higher education institution in Petaling Jaya is seeking a professional to handle financial management tasks, including credit control and fee adjustments. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, with 5-8 years of relevant experience and strong skills in problem-solving and time management. The role requires effective communication with various departments and the ability to work under pressure.
To check and ensure accuracy of rebate/discount adjustments.
To liaise with Academic Departments on Programme Fee Structures.
To work with the PTPTN Unit on the Programme Payment Schemes.
To liaise with Hostel/ Accommodation Department on students’ accommodation fee billing.
To ensure Credit Control Unit follow-up closely with students on fee default.
To ensure monthly Debtors Aging Report are submitted for Academic Departments' review.
To monitor/ follow-up with PTPTN students’ payment status.
To conduct briefing for all new students on all fee payment schemes as per fee structure and/or as per Statement of Account issued to students.
To monitor and verify refund requested by students.
