Qualifications

• Registered with BEM or MBOT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all policies and procedures related to BEMS are followed for quality service.
• Manage Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services per CA, MAP, TRKPI, and HSIP.
• Effectively manage operational and maintenance budgets.
• Establish good relationships with end users and prepare updates timely.
• Monitor performance and deductions according to KPI.
• Ensure compliance to branch and company’s internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Participate in audits and propose corrective measures for quality shortfalls.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Medical Electronics Biomedical / Electronics from a recognized higher learning institution and registered with BEM or MBOT.
• Nine (9) years (Diploma) or seven (7) years (Degree) working experience managing biomedical equipment maintenance services.
• Good organizing, planning and communication skills, computer literate, high critical thinking and problem solving.
• Good leadership and team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all policies and procedures related to BEMS are strictly followed to ensure quality service achieved.
• Manage Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services as per CA, MAP, TRKPI, and HSIP for all branches under his/her responsibility.
• Ensure that the operational and maintenance budget are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Establish good working relationship with the end users, attend meetings, timely preparation of HSIP, CA,TA, Incident alert, RIW and update the documents whenever necessary to improve customers’ satisfaction.
• Manage the service in order to bring the monthly performance and deduction as per KPI.
• Monitor submission of variation order. Adhere to all branch and company’s internal controls, procedures and all external statutory requirements in order to ensure compliance to all requirements.
• Manage and participate in all audit related to service and propose corrective and preventive measures for any shortfall in quality.
