A regional logistics company is seeking an administrative professional for various tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scheduling for pick-up and return of ISO containers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in relevant fields, with preference given to those with experience in the haulage and transportation industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are required for effective collaboration with various parties.
The main scopes of works are doing administrative & paper works such as data input and documents preparation.
Occasionally making & planning Schedule for arranging drivers to pick-up/returning ISO Containers from Ports/Depots.
Need to communicate & deal with different parties such as customers, drivers, ports, depots and etc. to ensure the smoothness of the work flows.
Executing any extra Ad Hoc duty assigned by the superior.
Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Business Management / Retail or any related field.
Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experiences in Haulage & Transportation industry will be given priority.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
Familiar and good at Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and etc).
Extrovert who is willing to deal and communicate with different kind of people.
