Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical wiring, plumbing, air‑conditioning, and etc.
• Fix and install fixtures such as light fixtures, shelves, and cabinets.
• Paint, decorate, and perform general upkeep on building.
• Conduct regular inspections and report any problems or unsafe conditions.
• Perform duties in line with health and safety requirements.
• Carry out other duties as required from time to time.
