Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Front Office Duty Manager with Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience including 2 years as Front Office Duty Manager with Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleanliness of hotel premises and ensure equipment is in good condition.
  • Handle and investigate guest complaints, ensuring service recovery.
  • Maintain good rapport and teamwork among departments.

Skills

Good working knowledge of computer software applications
Ability to write reports
Ability to improve department’s and staff performance
Teamwork

Education

Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management
