In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. As a front-line ambassador, you will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service to all our guests.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a professional and hospitable reception.

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.

Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as required.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local area attractions to provide helpful recommendations to guests.

Contribute to creating a positive, customer-focused environment within the hotel.

Perform other front office duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the hotel.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address guest needs.
