Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to trained SOPs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting the features and benefits of merchandise.
• Follow the steps of service.
• Display stock attractively according to presentation standards.
• Participate in stock takes.
• Receive and process incoming stock.
• Report out of date, missing or damaged stock.
• Rotate stock and monitor use by dates.
• Process stock transfers.
• Operate ePOS equipment according to procedure.
• Create an exciting atmosphere by spruiking retail items.
• Respond to guest enquiries in a helpful manner.
• Provide memorable moments for guests.
• Resolve guest challenges as soon as possible.
• Deliver excellence in guest service.
