Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. As a Guest Experience Expert (Front Office), you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing seamless check-ins and check-outs while handling guest inquiries and reservations. Your responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will assist in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, promoting a positive guest experience. Collaboration with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest enjoyment is integral to the role.
