Job description

Responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience, from check-in to check-out. This includes handling reservations, guest inquiries, and requests, as well as offering recommendations for dining, attractions, and activities in the area, focusing on providing a high level of hospitality and personalized service. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To provide courteous and efficient service and, where possible, to comply with every guest request.
  2. To greet all guests courteously and friendly, i.e. always with a smile.
  3. To be able to operate the computer system and always maintain computer discipline.
  4. To promote hotel products in such a manner as to maximize revenue and occupancy. Always promote the Afternoon Tea Set or Bar Happy Hour Promotion.
  5. To check-in guests according to the procedure.
  6. To handle room keys according to the procedures.
  7. To assist in taking dining reservations at the counter or by telephone.
  8. To collaborate closely with the Department of Housekeeping. Informs Housekeeping of early check-ins or late checkouts.
