Full time

  • Preparing the Group’s Monthly Consolidated Accounts in accordance with MFRS and other Statutory Requirements in a timely manner for reporting to Management monthly and to the Board on a quarterly basis.
  • Working with the Reporting Manager and Group Company Secretary preparing the Quarterly Board Papers.
  • Assist the Reporting Manager to prepare Group Accounts Monthly Reporting package together with financial analysis.
  • Working with external auditors to ensure interim and final audits are completed accurately and comply with MFRS and work with auditors to prepare the annual audited financial statements.
  • Monthly Flash reporting to Management on Key Group results.
  • Consolidation of the Group Budget and preparing the Consolidated Financial Statements.
  • Assist the Reporting Manager with Group Tax matters and manage the Group’s Effective Tax Rate.
  • Work with Management Reporting to identify & proposed process improvement in GL & Reporting section to reduce the manual work and for better work system.
