Role Overview This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital performance, brand visibility, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns that contribute to business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines digital expertise, creative flair, and strong communication skills, with the ability to guide internal teams, manage vendors, and deliver measurable impact in reach, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive the overarching digital marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives and brand vision.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns using the most effective channels — especially digital — to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.

Collaborate with internal teams and business units to enhance campaign performance through targeted demographic and psychographic approaches.

Provide strategic consultation to property and hospitality marketing teams, ensuring campaign consistency, optimization, and effective execution.

Identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, testing and optimizing channels to maintain a competitive edge.

Campaigns & Content

Lead multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid ads, programmatic, social media, and influencer marketing, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

Oversee the corporate website, ensuring timely content updates, strong UX, SEO, analytics, and performance tracking.

Develop and manage social media strategies, including content planning, community engagement, and response protocols.

Leverage digital platforms, email marketing, social media, and CRM to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and overall campaign performance.

Guide the creation and optimization of digital marketing content across platforms and campaigns (visuals, videos, reels, advertisements, infographics, and copywriting).

Safeguard brand reputation by monitoring online sentiment, managing digital channels, and implementing crisis escalation processes.

Manage marketing initiatives with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery.

Develop and manage budgets for digital initiatives, ensuring efficient investment and ROI optimization.

Provide consultation and guidance to business units, sharing best practices, insights, and performance benchmarks.

Performance & Insights

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across digital and offline channels, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations to management, demonstrating measurable impact on business objectives.

Track market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activity to inform future marketing strategies and plans.

Undertake any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or E-Commerce.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, including agency or in-house roles.

Strong knowledge of online/digital marketing, social media management, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, and website management.

Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns to drive engagement, loyalty, and measurable business outcomes.

Experience in writing, editing, and optimizing content for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.

Familiarity with content management systems, web analytics, CRM, and performance tracking tools.

Experience in community engagement and digital channel management.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, business units, and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.

Experience in Property Development, property marketing, and/or hospitality marketing is an added advantage.
