Job description

Responsibilities

• To supervise and improve production, support engineering teams, draw up safety protocols and develop strategies to improve safety, quality and productivity in achieving daily output targets efficiently.
• To ensure strict compliance to safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
• To be responsible for production line performance and promptly report any issues or disruptions.
• To provide training and on-the-job coaching to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• To support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in troubleshooting and problem solving efforts.
• To prepare and submit daily production reports to management for review and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing / Mechatronic / Electrical / Operation / Logistic / Supply Chain Management / Quality Management System or equivalent or any related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, a team player and possesses good teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of production systems and machinery.
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Willingness to work in shifts and undertake overtime as required.
