Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end group consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial results for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of consolidated financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements (or relevant regulatory frameworks).
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams on reporting, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and adjustments.
• Provide management reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary for senior leadership and Board papers.
• Partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to support statutory audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in group financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis—preferably within a public listed company environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
