As the Group Accounts Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Finance, overseeing finance, budgeting, and accounting operations across ELS and its affiliates. Drive compliance, optimize cash flow, and inspire a high‑performing team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Manage fiscal operations, lead accounting teams, and deliver timely reports and insights for strategic decisions.
• Compliance & Controls: Maintain robust financial systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with auditors and stakeholders.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee funds, implement cost controls, and ensure timely royalty payments.
• Strategic Support: Provide financial guidance for projects, partnerships, and inter‑company transactions.
• Team Development: Build and train a high‑performance finance team.
• Process Improvement: Enhance systems for real‑time reporting and automate processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Commerce or ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Experience: 3+ years managing finance/accounting with supervisory duties; 2+ years audit experience preferred; education/IT industry experience a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Advantage: MIA membership.
