About the job Graphic Designer Cum Secretary
  • Assist in graphic design, video editing, and Microsoft PowerPoint deck creation, to support the team’s content projects.
  • Provide support for content development projects, which includes drafting articles and creation of graphic design and video content for social media posts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Communications team, which includes facilitating and processing vendors’ service contracts and payments, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Liaise with agencies, coordinating media visits, and handling media materials and logistics for relevant activities such as corporate gifting.
  • Maintain and update databases, such as media contacts, business partners, vendors and stakeholder operations.
  • Conduct desktop research to assist in developing business pitches, and internal and external proposals.
  • Assist in monitoring news on the Company, its businesses, trending topics in the industry, and social media for community sentiments and key market focuses.
Job Requirements
  • MUST possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Operation disciplines.
  • At least 1 year working experience in relevant field.
  • MUST be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
