Graphic Designer cum Marketing Creative Content Producer/Media Editor

We are Hiring for below related position:

Graphic Designer(s)/Graphic & Video Editor(s)/Creative Content Producer(s)/Media Editor(s)/Digital Marketing Editor (Social Media + FMCG)/Marketing Executive/Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Brand Visuals: Ensure consistent brand identity across all FMCG products and marketing channels.
  • E-Commerce & Social Media Design: Create promotional banners, product listing covers, campaign visuals, and video covers for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, etc.
  • Develop key visuals, social posts, and short video assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Campaign Day Support: Design and deliver complete promotional material packages for major e-commerce campaigns (e.g., 6.6, 7.7, 8.8, 11.11, 12.12), including homepage banners, livestream room layouts, countdown visuals, and sales posters.
  • Offline Marketing Materials: Design store-related POSM such as wobblers, standees, shelf talkers, brochures, and promotion kits.
  • Packaging Coordination: Work with external packaging designers/agencies to finalize artwork and ensure smooth execution of new product launches.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and e-commerce operations teams to align designs with campaign objectives.
  • Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics.
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
  • Conduct market research to uncover consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.
  • Translate data and findings into actionable insights for future marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with market & online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are applicable within each market.
  • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories.
  • Plan, design, and execute product launch events and marketing strategies.
  • Seek marketing opportunities and collaborations with other brands/persons.
  • Provide creative direction and create visual assets for digital and traditional marketing.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including artworks, leaflets, posters, eDM—this may involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
  • Design simple artwork for social media channels.
  • Create content and manage social media strategies.
  • Conceptualize and daily monitor social channels.
  • Engage with clients/influencers through social channels by sparking exciting conversations.
  • Manage relationships with media influencers and agencies.
  • Assist in web design and management.
  • Assist in photography and videography.
  • Propose marketing strategy to improve traffic flow to offline and online sales channels.
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends.
  • Manage and allocate budgets correctly.
  • Work closely with different teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc activities.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of photography and videography (camera handling, lighting, shooting) also welcome.
  • Familiar with social media video formats (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube).
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new styles/trends.
  • Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
  • Able to fluently communicate, written in Mandarin/English/Malay. Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Attention to, creativity, and ability to work independently.

Working Location: Southkey, Johor Bahru area.
