A growing distribution company in Kuantan is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop creative designs for digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and 1–3 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and time management skills. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency across all designs.
Develop creative designs for digital and print channels, including but not limited to: social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), website banners, email templates, brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, presentation templates, packaging, and branding assets (logos, color palettes, typography).
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines (tone, visual identity, consistency) to strengthen brand recognition and cohesion.
Conceptualize and iterate on design ideas based on project briefs; present initial drafts and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and other teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business goals (e.g., promoting a product launch, driving event attendance, enhancing brand awareness).
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously; prioritize tasks, set timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and support cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., campaigns, events, product launches).
Use industry‑standard design software to create high‑quality assets: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Canva (for quick iterations), Figma (for UI/UX‑related designs, if applicable), and other relevant tools.
Prepare design files for production (print or digital): ensure correct file formats, resolutions, color modes (CMYK for print, RGB for digital), and bleed/crop marks for print materials.
Optimize digital designs for web and mobile use (e.g., reducing file size without compromising quality, ensuring responsiveness).
Gather and incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders (clients, team leads, cross‑functional partners) to refine designs and meet project objectives.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools/technologies (e.g., 3D design, motion graphics) to enhance creative output and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Maintain a portfolio of completed work (both internal and client projects) to track progress and showcase design capabilities.
Organize and maintain digital design libraries (e.g., brand assets, templates, stock images) to ensure easy access for the team and consistency across projects.
Archive completed projects and design files in compliance with company data management policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional) are a plus.
1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in‑house). A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work (digital + print) is required.
Passion for design, familiarity with digital marketing trends (e.g., social media design best practices), and a customer‑centric mindset.
