Requirements

• Mandarin is preferred for dealing with clients.
• Must be able to work at Subang Area (Selangor).
• Prefer experience in exhibition concept design/agency sector as a competitive advantage.
• Highly creative and versatile with conceptual clarity.
• Provides guidance and leadership on projects (Time & Project Management).
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effect.
• Preferably specialized in Arts / Creative / Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Knowledge about the latest trends in the industry.
• Hands‑on experience with image editing tools and digital sketching software (like InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills & teamwork.
• Good judgment and design sense.
• Able to organize, prioritize and allocate incoming jobs.
• Flexible and can‑do attitude.

Responsibility

• Designing a creative concept artwork for clients & exhibitions.
• Use creativity in building new ideas and designing concepts as per the client’s needs.
• Assist in designing artwork for Digital & Social Media posts.
• Document a design briefing to update the client and all the stakeholders.
• Edit and adjust design drafts with recommendations for final approval.
• Build a healthy relationship with clients, designers, copywriters, and other team members.
• Coordinate with the sales team and the other designers to have deeper insights into client requirements.
