Print It Online Sdn. Bhd. – Kampung Sitiawan, Perak

Graphic Designer

Location: Sitiawan, Perak
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Working Days: 6 Days Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs using Photoshop / CorelDRAW / Illustrator
• Make minor design adjustments based on customer requests (e.g., adding names, resizing, removing background…)
• Check file quality
• Solve basic file issues and prepare artwork for printing

Customer Engagement

• Respond to customers on Shopee / TikTok / WhatsApp
• Confirm artwork, order details, and customer information
• Provide product info, quotations, and basic after-sales support
• Handle simple customer complaints professionally

Requirements

• Design skills (PS, AI…)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Able to communicate in multiple languages (BM + BI / BC)
• Familiar with computer tools: Google Sheet, Google Drive, email…
• Willing to learn printing and e-commerce workflows (training provided)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• At least Diploma Holders.
• Experience with Printing Industry.
• E-commerce experience (Shopee / TikTok Shop).
• Previous experience in design & customer service.
• Stable personality, mature mindset, long-term career intention.
