Position Description

We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand across all visual touchpoints. You will be responsible for producing impactful designs that bring our products, stories, and campaigns to life across various platforms and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Mandarin speaking and writing is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Discuss and determine design directions with the team based on requirements, translating ideas into effective designs
• Work closely with copywriters, coaches, and the team to design online and offline promotional materials as needed
• Provide creative designs for annual and quarterly events, as well as for the academy's website and e-commerce platform
• Design promotional materials, web banners, social media visuals, PowerPoint presentations, posters, brochures, and more
• Liaise with external parties to arrange for printing of marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong skills in product, packaging, and promotional design
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Good communication and teamwork skills
