Thrive Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on Digital Entertainment Space to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and impactful designs that support our company's branding and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing:
  • Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for a variety of games platforms.
  • Design game user interfaces (UI), ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user friendly experience.
  • Maintain and strengthen the brands’ visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and products.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in games and digital entertainment.
  • Ensure all design output meets company quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet timelines and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when needed to support project delivery.
What we're looking for:
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, agency or in-house environment.
  • The company's clients are 100% from China, candidates must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable engaging industry for various Digital Entertainment platforms.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to align design work with the unique needs and preferences of games audiences.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously learning.
