Job description

Create artwork for MIG’s custom apparel (sublimation, DTF, silkscreen, embroidery).

Produce design mockups, team jersey visuals, logo drafts, and corporate shirt layouts.

Develop visual assets for social media, ads, banners, and promotional materials.

Conduct basic product photography (lighting, angle, composition).

Use AI tools for image replacement, mockup generation, and creative enhancement.

Edit short-form video content using CapCut or equivalent tools.

Organize design files and maintain the company’s asset library.

Communicate with sales and production teams to ensure accurate design output.

Meet deadlines with consistent quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer (apparel/printing background is a bonus).

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop (PS).

Familiar with CapCut for basic video editing.

Able to perform basic product shooting and understand visual composition.

Experienced with AI editing and image-generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).

Strong sense of design, color, and layout.

Able to work independently and handle fast-paced workloads.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
