The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the company’s message across digital and print media. This role involves conceptualizing ideas, developing brand materials, and supporting marketing, social media, and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creative Development – Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual assets for marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media, websites, packaging and presentations. Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand identity, adapt designs for various platforms including print, digital, video and social media.
- Branding & Visual Identity – Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, support brand updates, new logo or campaign design concepts and product visual mockups. Design engaging visuals for social media posts, stories and advertisements, and create digital assets such as banners, email templates and web graphics. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital campaigns with strong visual impact. Work closely with marketing, communications and product teams to understand design needs, manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and provide creative input during meetings.
- Technical & Production Tasks – Prepare final artwork files for print and digital output; liaise with printers, vendors and suppliers to ensure high‑quality production results; stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and 3D design software.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics and layout.
- Excellent communication, time management and teamwork skills.
