Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, or Hospitality.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 6-month training program across three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
• Emphasize production and customer service skills as Crew.
• Manage and coach the crew in the Crew Leader role.
