  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willingness to relocate or transfer.
Responsibilities
  • Foundation of tasks or "Station Skills" before progressing through the tiers.
  • First tier as Crew focuses on production, food and drink preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Second tier as Crew Trainer introduces company policies, customer engagement, and frontline duties.
  • Third tier as Crew Leader involves managing zone productions and coaching Crews.
Benefits
  • Diploma: RM 8.70/Hour or RM 1,800/Month
  • Degree: RM 9.70/Hour or RM 2,000/Month
  • Working schedule: 6 days a week by shift rotation, 8 hours a day
