Graduate Employability Program (McDonald’s Pandu Lalu ICONIC Simpang Ampat)
This 6‑month program gives you foundational station skills before advancing through three trainee tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
- Crew: Focus on food and beverage production, kitchen cleanliness and customer service.
- Crew Trainer: Detailed orientation to company policies, enhanced customer engagement and frontline duties.
- Crew Leader: Manage zone productions and coach crews, developing leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Ready to relocate or be transferable.
Responsibilities
- Complete training modules and station work.
- Apply company policies and maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors.
- Progress through tiers based on performance.
Benefits
- Diploma: RM 8.70 per hour or RM 1,800 per month.
- Degree: RM 9.70 per hour or RM 2,000 per month.
- Working schedule: 6 days a week, 8‑hour shift rotation.
