Program Overview
  • This 6-month program offers a foundation of tasks or 'Station Skills' before progressing to the Management Trainee role across three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
  • The first tier is Crews, where station skills emphasize production and service such as food and drink production in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • The second tier is Crew Trainer, where candidates are introduced in more detail to company policies, engage more with customers, and work on the frontline.
  • The third tier is Crew Leader, where leadership is highlighted while managing zone productions and coaching Crews.
Requirements
  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to relocate/is transferable.
Benefits
  • Diploma: RM 8.70 per hour or RM 1800 per month
  • Degree: RM 9.70 per hour or RM 2000 per month
  • Working schedule of 6 days a week by shift rotation 8 hours a day
  • Double pay on public holidays.
