Job description

Assistant Architect / Graduate Architect (Part II) / Draughtmen

• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
• Ability to communicate ideas and plans effectively to stakeholders and project teams.
• Able to work in teams
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Malaysia
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with contractors and other stakeholders
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia preferred

Salary : RM 2,500.00 an above (Negotiable)

Interns are welcomed.

Graduate Architect (Part II)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and/or other architectural software
• Ability to communicate ideas and plans effectively to stakeholders and project teams.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Malaysia
• Experience working on commercial, residential, heritage and institutional projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with contractors and other stakeholders
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia preferred

Salary : RM 3,500.00 an above (Negotiable)

Experienced Draughtmen

• min 3 years of experience working as a drafter or draftsperson.
• Strong and Fast Skill in Draughting
• Fair knowledge of technical / construction detail.
• The availability to commence work on short notice will be a advantage.
• Preferable skillful with BIM
• Fresh grad is also welcomed

Salary : RM 3,000.00 and above(Negotiable)
