• Candidate must possess at least a recognized Degree in Architecture equivalent to LAM Part II (Graduate Architect)
• Candidate must possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience
• Possess design flair and passion in Architecture
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
• Capability in Revit BIM will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in Sustainable Design will be an added advantage.

Assistant Architect (Part I)

Salary : RM 2600 - RM 3000 (Based on experience)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent to LAM Part I (Assistant Architect)
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience.
• Possess design flair and passion in Architecture
• Able to assist and work in a team to produce concept drawings to schematic drawings and prepare all necessary relevant presentation materials independently.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop , Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in Sustainable Design will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of authorities’ submission requirements.
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• To convert concept drawings to schematic drawings and prepare all necessary relevant presentation material independently.
• To liaise and coordinate with consultants on project design intent.
• To develop detailed drawings in preparation for construction including research on the suitability of materials with a sound understanding of buildability and technical issues.
• To produce construction drawings and to manage project and inspect site works with minimal supervision.
