We are seeking a proactive and driven Strategic Partnership Specialist/Assistant Manager/Manager to identify, develop, and manage high-impact partnerships that drive growth and strengthen our competitive advantage. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate business opportunities into long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Support the end-to-end partnership process including research, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Manage day-to-day communications with partners to ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to develop and deliver partnership value propositions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and business cases for new collaborations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and proactively suggest innovative partnership ideas.
Requirements
- Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management. Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a senior role.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks with team support.
- Good communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders, and willing to learn negotiation, problem-solving, and basic data analysis.
- Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently while also collaborating well within a team.
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, as this role involves supporting Chinese‑speaking customers.
