Responsibilities

• Define and optimize the end-to-end O2D process.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for order management.
• Track KPIs related to order accuracy and fulfillment lead times.

Skills

Expertise in ERP systems (SAP SD/MM, Oracle)

Strong analytical skills

Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Education

Master’s degree in supply chain management

MBA preferred
