Partner with the best

You will be responsible to provide operational mobility services and expertise to the assigned region, functions, businesses, and program managers. This role will have an understanding of global mobility and global compensation practice.

Responsibilities
  • Providing operational support for delivery of Global Mobility programs and processes across multiple countries within the region/s.
  • Providing day‑to‑day management of end‑to‑end Global Mobility process and case management of mobility transfers to the region/s assigned to you.
  • Ensuring real‑time data entry into the company’s systems to enable transparency for team members, HR, business and other stakeholders.
  • Tracking and registering status of cases, reporting issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis.
  • Being accountable for an exceptional employee/stakeholder experience.
  • Presenting process gaps or growth areas and address them or proactively find solutions to improve existing processes.
  • Conducting assignment briefings with assignees/rotators and support their assignment life cycle.
  • Participating in Global Mobility related projects, including technology/systems enhancement or support, communication, reviews, and change management.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's level (or a high school diploma / GED) with minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Global Mobility.
  • Experience working with Assignment Pro, Workday, other with systems (SAP) as well as excel/power point.
  • Have the ability to work on a number of tasks and projects concurrently setting own agendas and effectively prioritizing work.
  • Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
