Qualifications

• Knowledge of incoterms and shipment practices.

Responsibilities

• Order booking accurately in Oracle to meet audit requirements.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve shipment issues.
• Provide sales support to Global RSM / KAM and Sales Representatives.
• Liaison with various departments for operational efficiency.
• Manage and resolve backlog issues including PO updates.
