Job summary

A growing manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand into global markets. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in International Business or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years experience in export sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry. Responsibilities include developing strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing customer communications. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in export sales, preferably in food/FMCG.
  • Experience in dealing with exports to China is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and expand accounts.
  • Lead market entry and expansion plans focusing on high-growth accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and develop new businesses in the region.
  • Support sales team in market research activities.
  • Manage communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
