A leading market expansion company in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive export sales initiatives. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales or international business development within the FMCG sector.
  • In-depth understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential markets and assess the demand for our products internationally.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and expand the company’s global footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed export sales targets.
  • Lead negotiations with international clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management.

Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities

Proficiency in market research and data analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
