Job summary

A leading management firm in Johor, Iskandar Puteri is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support electromechanical EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial management, particularly within the engineering sector, and will be responsible for budgeting, risk assessment, and financial reporting. Strong skills in financial modeling and cross-functional communication are essential, with a preference for candidates who are CPA/CMA certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, including 3 years in financial BP or project finance roles.
• Familiar with full-process financial management of EPC projects.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and cost control checkpoints.
• Produce business analysis reports for risks and optimization.
• Monitor project cash flow and coordinate funding plans.
