Job summary

A cloud service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly experienced candidate to manage critical Data Center IT and asset operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, handling risk events, and ensuring compliance with government requirements. Bilingual in Mandarin is a must due to coordination with HQ in China.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in large global data center site operation.
• Functional knowledge of Data Center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+ at times).

Responsibilities

• Manage critical Data Center IT & Asset operations in Malaysia.
• Oversee daily operation maintenance and service management.
• Handle IDCs risk events and emergency fault handling.
